Practice Hospitality in Dallas, TX is seeking a Director of Revenue Management to lead strategy and execution across an expanding portfolio of lifestyle hotels and restaurants. You will own property-level revenue performance, forecasting, rate positioning, and channel merchandising while coordinating with Sales, Marketing and Operations to maximize profitability.

The role demands a seasoned leader with strong IQ and EQ, capable of aligning stakeholders and mentoring peers across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of seven years of experience as a Director of Revenue Management, gained across multiple markets.
• Experience with Hilton-branded and independent hotels strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and videoconferencing.

Responsabilités

• Own property-level revenue performance and forecast room revenue and market share.
• Develop and deploy revenue management strategies, tactics, and controls.
• Configure and manage RMS/CRS/PMS systems to optimize revenue.
• Merchandise rate products on distribution channels: E-Commerce, Voice, GDS, OTA, Direct Sales.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to maximize revenue, share, and profitability.
• Prepare regular executive communications on hotel performance for stakeholders.
• Mentor and share best practices with fellow Directors of Revenue Management.
