Job summary

Minor Hotels Europe and Americas is seeking a Property Director of Revenue Management for its New York properties. The role reports to the Area Director of Revenue Management and partners with the General Manager and marketing/e-commerce teams to maximize revenue, market share, and profit across the portfolio.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in Revenue Management, with 4+ years as a Senior Revenue Manager in luxury hotels, and a strong track record of revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Degree level - preferably in Tourism, Business Studies, Economics, Business Admin.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Revenue Management, including at least 4 years as a Senior Revenue Manager in a luxury hotel.
• Strong quantitative analytics, strategic thinking and communication skills.
• Proven track record of revenue growth in luxury hotels.

Responsibilities

• Pricing and yield guidelines for rates, room types, and customer segments.
• Define segment pricing strategy and channel mix; determine overbooking and protection strategy.
• Build 2-year property revenue strategy and budget proposal; prepare forecast per Minor guidelines.
• Produce forecasts by segment and lead annual rooms revenue budget with Finance.
• Analyze STR/market benchmarks and RevPAR index; identify opportunities/risks.
• Communicate recommendations to General Manager, ownership, and management company.
• Maintain RMS and ensure data integrity across PMS, RMS, CRS, and channel manager.
• Oversee distribution channels to optimize channel mix and rate integrity.
