Job summary

Minor Hotels Europe and Americas is seeking a Property Director of Revenue Management to maximize revenues across luxury properties. You will lead pricing, forecasting, distribution, and performance analysis in collaboration with hotel leadership and the marketing/e-commerce teams.

The role requires extensive RM experience in luxury hotels, strong analytical capability, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders. An incentive program complements the stated salary range.

Qualifications

• Degree level preferred in Tourism, Business Studies, Economics or Business Admin.
• Minimum 10 years in Revenue Management with at least 4 years as a Senior Revenue Manager in luxury hotels.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; ability to influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Pricing and yield guidelines for rates, room types and segments.
• Build 2-year revenue strategy and budget; prepare forecasts.
• Manage distribution channels to optimize channel mix and rate integrity.
• Daily revenue management optimization and demand forecasting.
• Monitor market performance and present data-driven recommendations.
