• Experience with multiple revenue management systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead pricing strategy for a growing DC-area hotel portfolio.
• Own daily rate integrity and forecast demand.
• Monitor competition and adjust pricing accordingly.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing and operations on revenue initiatives.
• Prepare and review weekly/monthly forecasts and reports.
