CVS Health in Illinois seeks a Senior Manager, Revenue Intelligence to execute revenue analytics, reporting, and automation projects that drive sales growth and retention. This hands‑on role partners with sales and enablement teams to turn data into actionable insights and reduce manual work with automation and AI tools.

You will lead dashboards, forecasting, and tooling, ensure accuracy of revenue intelligence platforms, and guide field teams on reporting and best practices.

Competenze

• 5+ years in analytics, sales enablement, revenue intelligence, or Salesforce operations.
• 3+ years hands-on Salesforce experience, including reports, dashboards.
• 3+ years experience building dashboards in CRM Analytics or similar BI platform.
• 2+ years designing and deploying workflow automation or low-code solutions.
• 3+ years of project leadership translating data into clear recommendations.

• Execute revenue analytics and reporting initiatives with dashboards, forecasting tools, and automations.
• Analyze sales and revenue data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities; provide recommendations to sales leaders.
• Partner with sales, enablement, and IT to ensure accuracy and usability of revenue intelligence and reporting platforms.
• Lead projects that advance sales enablement, automation, and AI capabilities, managing timelines and resources.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure revenue intelligence informs pipeline management and sales effectiveness.
• Identify manual, repetitive processes and apply automation and AI to reduce admin work for sales teams.
• Train and support sales teams on reporting, enablement, and AI-assisted tools, including data interpretation.
• Ensure timely, accurate, and actionable reporting to meet business needs.
