Position Summary:
Revenue Intelligence is a core capability within Revenue Operations responsible for identifying revenue growth and retention opportunities through analytics, forecasting, and data-driven decision-making.
The (Senior) Business Analyst, Revenue Intelligence serves as a key contributor within the Revenue Intelligence function, using data to uncover business opportunities, diagnose performance challenges, and provide actionable insights that improve revenue outcomes. This role combines analytics, forecasting, business intelligence, and problem-solving to help Sales and Customer Relations leaders make smarter, faster, and more informed decisions.
This is not a traditional reporting role. Success comes from asking the right questions, finding meaningful insights, and translating data into recommendations that drive measurable business impact.
Essential Functions:
- Analyze sales, customer, operational, and revenue data to identify trends, risks, performance gaps, and opportunities for revenue growth, retention, and business performance improvement.
- Conduct business investigations and root-cause analyses to uncover the drivers of revenue performance, customer retention, and operational effectiveness.
- Analyze sales pipeline performance, conversion trends, customer behavior, workforce productivity, and contact center effectiveness to support business optimization.
- Support forecasting, capacity planning, scenario analysis, and performance measurement initiatives across Sales and Customer Relations.
- Develop dashboards, scorecards, and analytical tools that provide visibility into key business drivers, performance metrics, and outcomes.
- Partner with Revenue Intelligence leaders and business stakeholders to answer critical business questions and evaluate strategic opportunities.
- Transform complex data into actionable insights and recommendations that influence business decisions and support continuous improvement.
- Support the development of scalable reporting, forecasting, automation, and business intelligence capabilities across the organization.

Position Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Analytics, Data Science, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in business analysis, analytics, reporting, revenue operations, sales operations, customer operations, or a related field.
- Experience working with large datasets and multiple sources of business information.
- Experience developing reports, dashboards, performance metrics, or analytical insights to support business decision‑making.
- Proficiency in Excel and at least one reporting, visualisation, or querying tool such as SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar technologies.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, communication, and data visualisation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting Sales, Customer Relations, Revenue Operations, or contact centre environments.
- Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
- Experience supporting forecasting, capacity planning, performance reporting, or revenue analysis.
- Experience with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Databricks, Python, or similar analytical tools and platforms.
- Familiarity with predictive analytics, automation, AI‑enabled analytics, or statistical analysis.
- Background in a subscription, licensing, recurring revenue, or services‑based business model.
