Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.

• Experience analyzing trends and conducting financial due diligence.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual operational reporting packages for senior management, including dashboards and KPIs.
• Analyze business units, evaluate trends, and perform financial due diligence on initiatives or strategic opportunities.
• Assist with oversight and execution of operational projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assist with developing budgets, forecasts, workforce plans, and variance reports.
• Provide monthly variance analysis for assigned regions, highlighting drivers, risks, and opportunities.
• Partner with Operations to manage spending, identify problem areas, perform root-cause analyses, and recommend actions.
• Prepare materials for leadership reviews and ensure plans are aligned with dashboards and metrics.
• Conduct ad hoc operational and financial analyses as requested by senior management.
