Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years experience in sales or operations; marketing/communication preferred.
• Experience in sales analysis and data-driven decision making.
• Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce) and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop new processes and programs to support the USS Sales Organization.
• Organize and lead complex projects weekly.
• Support budgeting with ad-hoc data modeling and analysis.
• Report on key sales and account management motions in Salesforce.
• Develop and support sales effectiveness KPIs.
• Collaborate with Sales, RevOps, Marketing and IT on process improvements.
• Document sales processes, programs, and policies.
• Assist with data automation for collection and reporting.
• Analyze Pardot Marketing/MQL data and report them.
• Manage stack ranking and gamification of Account Management KPIs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to meet financial goals.
• Assist with high-level customer issue resolution.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
