Job summary

Cottage Health seeks a Senior Revenue Integrity Analyst for the Revenue Integrity department. The role focuses on maintaining, analyzing, standardizing, and modeling revenue charges while educating staff on charge compliance and supporting financial planning and analysis.

Responsibilities include clearing EPIC queues, identifying trends from edits, and applying knowledge of hospital coding and cost accounting to optimize revenue capture. Collaboration with clinical and IT teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum: 5 years Hospital/Health Care Coding experience.
• Minimum: MS Excel and billing knowledge; familiarity with cost accounting concepts.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, analyze, standardize and model revenue charges.
• Provide reference material and charge compliance education.
• Assist financial planning & analysis.
• Clear revenue integrity queues in EPIC and identify root-cause trends of edits.
