Job summary

University Health is seeking a Senior Charge Review Analyst to monitor charge capture across clinical charging services and act as a bridge between clinical, financial, and IT teams in the Epic environment. You will lead department rounding, workflow reviews, training, issue identification, root cause analysis, and system updates to ensure accurate charge entry and daily reconciliation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or healthcare.
• Minimum two years of Revenue Integrity/Charge Capture experience.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and coding.
• Experience with Epic hospital information systems.
• Epic HB Resolute certification preferred.
• Experience with payer reimbursement methodologies preferred.
• Experience analyzing Medicare/Medicaid communications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor charge capture across clinical charging services lines.
• Oversee charging practices and liaise with clinical and IT leaders.
• Perform daily department charge review and reconciliation.
• Provide training and educational support to Revenue Integrity team.
• Organize meetings to resolve charging-related issues and respond to concerns.
