Job summary

Fourth is seeking a Sr. Revenue Enablement Manager to craft and maintain revenue enablement content for Sales, Customer Success, and Business Development teams, helping onboarding and ongoing training across the organization.

The role focuses on LMS design, content development, and coaching using tools like Seismic and Gong, enabling consistent messaging and high performance in a fully remote environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in revenue enablement or learning and development.
• Ability to collaborate with Product, Product Marketing, Revenue Ops and sales leadership.
• Strong content creation skills for onboarding, sales process, product training, and video.
• Experience with performance data and coaching tools to close skill gaps.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain revenue enablement content for programs across revenue-facing roles.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Sales, and Success teams to align enablement needs with metrics.
• Provide coaching from customer interactions to improve performance.
• Lead product launch enablement, including messaging and collateral for new releases.
