Job summary

SCA Health is seeking a Senior Analyst, Revenue Cycle Systems & Optimization, to drive administration and ongoing improvement of revenue cycle technologies across CBOs and RCO. You will analyze system performance, workflows, data, and AI-enabled capabilities to identify opportunities for cash acceleration, denial reduction, and productivity gains.

Qualifications

• High school diploma / GED is required.
• Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
• Minimum of three years of progressive experience in Revenue Cycle, Healthcare Services, Ambulatory Surgery, or related environment.
• Experience collaborating with Revenue Cycle Ops, IT, Data & Analytics, and vendor partners.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end revenue cycle processes.

Responsibilities

• Support administration, analysis, and optimization of revenue cycle technologies, workflows, and system integrations for CBO/ enterprise revenue cycle operations.
• Serve as a senior subject matter resource for revenue cycle platforms, workflows, and reporting.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to document requirements, evaluate solutions, and support roadmaps.
• Coordinate system implementations, onboarding, testing, and transition readiness.
• Maintain system governance, audit processes, and data integrity controls.
