Job summary

The role focuses on identifying opportunities to enhance revenue performance through scalable, data‑driven frameworks.

You will leverage Epic and Power BI to identify actionable opportunities, support predictive analytics, and lead cross‑functional initiatives across Revenue Cycle,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Finance, Health Informatics or related field (required).
• Master’s degree (MBA, MHA, MS) preferred.
• 10+ years in revenue cycle, finance, healthcare consulting or performance improvement within a complex health system (required).
• Experience across operations, finance, and IT in matrixed environments.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard project-management software.

Responsibilities

• Execute on Revenue Cycle Value Creation roadmap, identifying opportunities to improve yield and cash.
• Define future-state workflows and operating models aligned to financial goals.
• Leverage Epic and Power BI to identify revenue opportunities.
• Support predictive analytics to inform proactive decision-making.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives focused on revenue cycle improvement.
• Provide guidance to project teams and influence direction without direct reporting.
