Atos is seeking a seasoned Health IT Systems Analyst with leadership experience to optimize Revenue Cycle management systems in a healthcare setting. The role requires 5+ years in systems analysis, HIPAA/CMS knowledge, and strong collaboration with cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with EHR systems (Cerner, Epic), and certifications in Health IT/Revenue Cycle Management. Strong communication skills and organizational abilities are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Health Information Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Solid understanding of health care revenue cycle processes, including billing, coding, claims management, and reimbursement systems.
• At least 5 years of experience in systems analysis with a strong focus on Health Care Revenue Cycle management.
• Proven leadership experience with at least 2 years in a team lead or supervisory role.
• Proficient in analyzing and optimizing healthcare IT systems and software applications in revenue cycle context.
• Strong problem-solving skills to lead a team in troubleshooting complex system issues.
• In-depth knowledge of health care regulations (HIPAA, CMS) and industry standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and HIM technologies is a plus.
• Experience with Health Information Systems (HIS) or EHR software, particularly in revenue cycle context.
• Certifications in Health Care IT, Revenue Cycle Management, or related fields (e.g., CPAR, RHIA).
• In-depth knowledge of EHR systems (Cerner, Epic), clinical decision support tools, healthcare IT, and SDLC.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Visio.
• Strong organizational skills required.
