Responsibilities

• Leverage revenue cycle knowledge to identify trends in claims payments and denials and pursue reimbursement from payors.
• Escalate issues within payor organizations and manage workflows for unpaid claims across various payor products.
• Develop and maintain processes to improve net revenue, billing follow-ups, denials, and overall cash posting activities.
