• Support daily operations of University Physicians Patient Accounts in administrative and revenue cycle tasks.
• Complete pre-bill edits and coordinate task assignments.
• Prepare daily reports and departmental communications, and index documentation for accurate records.
• Process post-service medical records requests and ensure timely record management.
• Monitor daily workflow trends and communicate findings and recommendations to supervisor.
• Assist with insurance follow-up, denial resolution, appeals, and other AR activities as needed.
• Maintain compliance with policies, HIPAA, and payer requirements to improve efficiency and reimbursement.
