Oscar Health is seeking a Senior Manager, Revenue Cycle Management to lead and optimize revenue cycle operations for our Provider Operations team in Tempe. The role focuses on developing scalable strategies to improve coding, billing, reimbursements, and provider documentation across OMG.

The ideal candidate will bring 7+ years in healthcare revenue cycle, 3+ years leading programs, and CPC/CCS/CPMA certifications.

Qualificações

• 7+ years in healthcare revenue cycle
• 3+ years leading revenue cycle programs or teams
• Advanced knowledge of CPT/ICD-10-CM/HCPCS/modifiers
• Experience driving coding accuracy and reimbursement improvements
• Experience with provider documentation integrity and pre-/post-bill reviews
• Experience with cross-functional, multi-state operations
• Strong executive communication to senior leadership
• Experience managing external revenue cycle vendors

Responsabilidades

• Own strategy and performance of OMG's revenue cycle function including billing, coding, denials, and documentation workflows.
• Serve as senior SME for coding, CPT, ICD-10-CM, HCPCS, and payer requirements.
• Establish and monitor revenue cycle KPIs and controls to improve clean claims and reimbursement.
• Lead coding and documentation integrity strategies, provider education, and pre-/post-bill reviews.
• Lead denial prevention and resolution strategies with cross-team collaboration.
• Partner with Clinical Operations, Finance, Compliance, Credentialing, and Product to resolve issues.
• Develop scalable revenue cycle policies, workflows, and vendor oversight.
• Advise OMG leadership on performance, risks, and opportunities; drive complex initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
