Job summary

WellSky is hiring a Sr. Project Coordinator to help onboard and implement Revenue Cycle Services clients. You will coordinate payer setup, enrollment, and system configuration, working with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth transitions to billing operations.

The ideal candidate has healthcare billing experience, strong customer service, and a proactive problem-solving mindset. This role requires coordinating across Sales, Professional Services, and Operations to deliver successful

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2–4 years of relevant work experience.
• Knowledge of healthcare billing processes, including Medicare, Medicaid, managed care, and commercial payer workflows.
• Experience with payer enrollment, electronic claims processing, ERA setup, and revenue cycle workflows.
• Customer service and relationship management experience, including working across different departments.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate onboarding, payer enrollment, and contract setup.
• Review workflows, configure systems, test, and ensure operational readiness.
• Transition clients to ongoing billing operations.
• Maintain project documents, timelines, checklists, and SOPs.
• Track progress, identify risks, and escalate issues.
• Coordinate communications among clients and internal teams.
