WellSky is seeking a Sr. Project Coordinator to support onboarding and implementation of Revenue Cycle Services clients. The role coordinates payer setup, enrollment, and workflow alignment, and ensures smooth transition to ongoing billing operations.

You will maintain documentation, track progress, manage risks, and lead client-facing activities with cross-functional teams across Revenue Cycle Operations. This position is onsite in Overland Park, KS and requires strong collaboration and

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2-4 years of relevant work experience.
• Knowledge of healthcare billing processes including Medicare/Medicaid, managed care, and payer workflows.
• Experience with payer enrollment, electronic claims processing, ERA setup, and revenue cycle workflows.
• Customer service and relationship management experience across departments.

Aufgaben

• Assist in planning and coordinating implementation activities including client onboarding, payer enrollment, payer and contract setup, workflow reviews, system configuration, testing, and transition to ongoing billing operations.
• Maintain project and implementation documentation including timelines, checklists, SOPs, workflows, and other deliverables.
• Track progress, identify risks and issues, and elevate as needed.
• Coordinate communication among clients and internal stakeholders across Revenue Cycle Operations and related teams.
• Lead client-facing implementation activities including meetings and status updates.
• Support revenue cycle setup, validation, enrollment, and testing activities.
