Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5+ years of management experience.
• Master's degree strongly preferred with 3+ years of management experience.
• 10+ years in healthcare revenue cycle, reimbursement, or related functions.
• Experience leading multistate revenue cycle and payment integrity programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide revenue cycle assurance, billing integrity, and reimbursement optimization across states and payer markets.
• Develop automated controls to identify leakage, errors, and compliance risks before impact.
• Oversee accounts receivable analytics, reserve analysis, and revenue performance reporting.
• Translate reimbursement regulations into actionable workflows and system requirements.
• Develop executive reporting on trends, risks, opportunities, and performance metrics.
• Mentor leaders and analysts to foster accountability and continuous improvement.
