Job summary

CoxHealth is seeking a Sr. Revenue Cycle Analyst II to join the Revenue Cycle Analytics team in Springfield, MO. You will lead initiatives, analyze financial data, and drive process improvements across health-system revenue cycles.

The role requires a bachelor's in healthcare/business/finance or 10+ years in healthcare finance, with strong analytical, training, and stakeholder communication skills. Experience with MS Office and Excel is essential.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business, finance or related field required; or 8+ years in healthcare finance.
  • Preferred MS degree in CS, data analytics, MBA, or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years healthcare/revenue cycle analyst experience or 7 years within CoxHealth Revenue Integrity.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Revenue Cycle Analyst projects and facilitate work groups.
  • Create and review financial reporting and analytics.
  • Train staff on new procedures and concepts.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across departments.
