Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced acute back-end operations leader in the United States to establish a vision for analytics delivery to stakeholders and provide robust operational support through KPI scorecards, TIPS reporting, and executive summaries.

You will coordinate projects, monitor performance, and ensure timely reporting while collaborating with executives and various departments. Travel to client sites or corporate offices is required.

Qualifications

• 5 to 7 years of job experience.
• CRCR (Certified Revenue Cycle Representative) required.
• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience.
• Proficiency with MS Access and Excel.
• Proficiency with Business Objects.
• Proficiency with SQL.
• Demonstrated advanced usage of AI and management of teams using AI for process and technological improvements.
• Must reside and be authorized to work within the United States.
• Must be willing and able to travel to and work onsite at client, temporary, or corporate office locations as business needs require.

Responsibilities

• Establish and execute a vision for delivering information and analytics to key stakeholders.
• Provide acute back-end operational support, including KPI scorecards, executive status, cash performance metrics, TIPS reporting, project coordination, and performance monitoring.
• Lead and attend stakeholder meetings to drive outcomes.
• Compile and analyze Acute Backend scorecards for leadership review.
• Create executive summaries and net-new operational performance reports.
• Support operational leadership with centralized reporting needs and projects.
• Coordinate ad hoc requests from operations and executive leaders.
• Track and reconcile SLAs, monitor performance, and prepare corporate communications and operating reviews.
• Analyze financial and business performance against key metrics.
• Identify financial/operational opportunities and cost-saving measures.
• Establish monitoring and reporting controls.
• Evaluate processes and tools and propose efficiency improvements.
• Develop and manage project plans, scope, schedules, and resources.
• Communicate project risks, barriers, and progress to stakeholders.
