Job summary

Jobtailor seeks a data analytics professional to retrieve, synthesize, and present critical data to answer questions and improve system performance. You will optimize hospital site-selection processes by integrating predictive models, organizing KPIs, and developing advanced scorecards.

The role covers end-to-end hospital expansion management, supporting business development with data-driven insights during sourcing and integration, and presenting insights to senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in statistics or related analytics field.
• 3-5 years’ experience in business analytics.
• Proficient with SQL, with experience in Snowflake.
• Python or R strongly preferred with BI tools for data visualization.
• Able to explain and present advanced analytical methodologies and results to non-technical audiences.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Retail experience is a strong plus.
• Self-driven with ability to handle ambiguity and deliver results.
• Ability to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve, synthesize, and present critical data to answer specific questions or improve system performance.
• Optimize hospital site-selection processes by integrating external predictive models, organizing KPIs, and developing advanced scorecards.
• Manage hospital expansion end to end, including site selection, list management, and senior-level readouts.
• Support business development with data-driven insights during sourcing, diligence, and integration.
• Improve analytical methodologies by developing data sources, testing model enhancements, and fine-tuning model parameters.
• Develop and present insights and recommendations to enhance service initiatives.
• Conduct written and verbal presentations for audiences with varying technical sophistication.
