Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a data analytics leader to gather and validate data from multiple sources, evaluate offer performance, and drive insights for design, pricing, and investment decisions. You will apply predictive modeling and scenario analysis to forecast budgets and growth.

In this high-impact role, you will lead analytics workstreams, influence leadership on spend efficiency, and maintain executive dashboards and readouts across the offer portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Math, Statistics, Engineering, Physics, Economics, Finance, or related discipline
• 5+ years of related experience in advanced analytics, business analysis, data science, forecasting, financial analysis, marketing analytics, or related fields
• Experience with enterprise data platforms, data warehouses, visualization tools, and analytics/modeling tools preferred
• Examples of relevant tools include Snowflake, eCDW, BIDW, Databricks, Tableau, Power BI, SQL, Python, or similar tools
• Certification is required in some areas
• Office presence of a minimum of 5 days per week
• Must work in one of the posted locations; no relocation is offered

Responsibilities

• Gather, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources to evaluate offer performance
• Evaluate offer efficiency across the broader portfolio including spend, growth and profitability
• Analyze drivers of volume, retention, ARPU, channel mix, and promotional performance
• Develop insights and recommendations for offer design, gating, pricing, and investment decisions
• Apply statistical analysis, predictive modeling, trend analysis, and scenario modeling for forecasting and budget planning
• Build test-and-learn frameworks and recurring efficiency reviews to optimize spend and growth
• Lead analytics workstreams with strategic autonomy and translate findings into business actions
• Maintain executive reporting, dashboards, scorecards, and performance readouts
