Job summary

CoxHealth in Springfield, Missouri, seeks a Sr. Revenue Cycle Analyst II to lead revenue cycle analytics, financial reporting, and cross‑department project coordination.

You will mentor teams, assign work, and drive performance improvements using strong data insight and effective stakeholder communication. Requirements include a Bachelor’s in healthcare or business/finance and 10+ years in healthcare revenue cycle (or 7 years at CoxHealth Revenue Integrity); MS/MBA/MHA preferred.

Qualifications

• Required: Bachelor’s Degree in healthcare or Business Administration, Finance, or related field OR 8 years of healthcare finance experience.
• Preferred: MS degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, MBA, MHA or related field
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a healthcare/revenue cycle analyst role or 7 years within CoxHealth Revenue Integrity.

Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate revenue cycle projects, work groups, and task assignments.
• Train and orient staff; provide back‑up to manager and drive process improvements.
• Analyze data, identify inefficiencies, and communicate recommendations to stakeholders.
• Develop and optimize stakeholder reporting; prepare clear summary documentation.
