Job summary

Affirm is seeking an experienced analytics engineer to join the Revenue Analytics team. You will lead scalable data products for revenue teams, turning ambiguous problems into durable data solutions across modeling, metrics, dashboards, governance, and AI enablement.

You will set the technical direction for Revenue’s data layer, establish semantic and metadata foundations, and raise data quality and impact across the organization; mentoring analysts and collaborating with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of analytics engineering or related technical analytics experience.
• Deep SQL, dbt, data modeling, and metrics design expertise.
• Knowledge of BI tools and modern data platforms; data quality and documentation fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-impact data product initiatives for Revenue from problem definition to rollout and adoption.
• Advance AI initiatives within the Revenue data ecosystem and establish semantic, metadata, and evaluation foundations.
• Design and build durable data products powering revenue operations, reporting, and self-service analytics.
• Set technical direction for Revenue’s data layer, models, semantics, documentation, lineage, and access controls.
• Identify opportunities to automate and scale Revenue Analytics through improved data architecture and governance.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to analysts and cross-functional partners.
