Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Senior Business Analyst in Revenue Cycle Analytics, Finance Operations, to advance data-driven decision making for Healthcare Finance Operations. You will build analytics products, leverage SQL, Excel, Tableau/QuickSight, and drive process improvements across global Finance Ops.

This role focuses on AR/AP analytics, KPIs, and scalable data-driven solutions to reduce defects and improve performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in tax, finance or related analytical field.
• 5+ years writing SQL and building BI reports in Tableau/Power BI.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
• Experience defining requirements and using data to drive insights.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex data analyses to identify efficiency opportunities in global finance operations.
• Apply AI tools and methods to data analytics and automation.
• Develop financial models, dashboards, and reporting for strategic decisions.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions.
