Job summary

JM Test Systems, LLC. is seeking a Senior Sales Analyst to partner with Sales and Marketing leadership to turn commercial data into actionable insights. You will own revenue reporting, pipeline analytics, and marketing ROI analysis, collaborating with our CRO and VP of Corporate Development & Strategy.

You will build AI-enabled tools, forecast revenue, and help drive strategic decisions across accounts, segments, and geographies. Strong data skills and CRM experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in a data/analytics field.
• 2+ years of analytics or commercial operations experience with actionable insights.
• Experience applying AI-driven analytics, machine learning, or predictive models in business.
• Strong proficiency with Claude or other LLM tools, SQL, R, Excel, and PowerPoint; familiarity with data governance.
• Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce) and marketing/sales tools (Apollo.io, Clay, Klaviyo).
• Excellent communication and project management skills; able to explain complex data to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own sales performance reporting and recurring revenue by service line, rep performance, and pipeline health.
• Analyze trends across accounts, segments, geographies, and service lines to identify growth opportunities.
• Link marketing ROI and lead sources to pipeline and revenue, guiding investment decisions.
• Build self-service analytics tools with software engineers using AI.
• Develop forecasting models and apply predictive analytics to identify at-risk accounts and seasonality.
