The role emphasizes analytical rigor, audit readiness, and process improvements across data sources and systems, including ERP, Tableau, and Snowflake, in a fast-paced healthcare tech environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required; 3–5+ years in revenue accounting or financial analysis.
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and revenue accounting principles.
• Experience with month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools; familiarity with ERP and reporting systems.
• Exposure to AI tools and validating AI-assisted outputs preferred.
• SOX environment experience and audit support is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Own and prepare revenue-related journal entries, reconciliations, and schedules during close.
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and variance analysis across revenue metrics.
• Ensure SOX controls compliance and prepare control evidence.
• Extract and validate large data sets from ERP, Tableau, and Snowflake.
• Develop dashboards and standardize metrics for reporting.
• Support audits and drive process improvements and automation.
