Job summary

Our client is a prestigious AmLaw firm in NYC seeking a Senior Revenue Analyst to join the Client Accounting team on a hybrid schedule (2 days onsite, 3 days remote). You will support monthly forecasting, monitor billing inventories, and deliver reporting that guides follow-up on outstanding balances.

You’ll collaborate with Billing Managers, Supervisors, and the global billing team to review balances, track progress toward monthly goals, and lead complex analysis projects in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in revenue management, client accounting, legal billing, or finance.
• Experience at an AmLaw or large-size law firm is preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or similar field.
• Advanced Excel skills; proficiency in Aderant, 3E or StarCollect preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Revenue Management lead on the monthly forecasting process.
• Review outstanding balance reports with the lead analyst and confirm reporting compliance.
• Handle multiple complex analysis projects and respond to inquiries from management.
• Lead monthly review meetings with Client Accounting Billing Managers and Supervisors.
• Assist with billing/collections escalation and track next steps and status.
• Provide daily updates on monthly goals and progress to the global billing team.
• Identify training and coaching needs of department professionals.
