• Advanced Excel skills required
• Working knowledge of Aderant or Elite (3E) and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with StarCollect preferred
• Ability to quickly learn new software and systems
• Experience managing multiple complex projects and shifting priorities
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Support the monthly forecasting process and provide daily updates to the global billing team on progress toward monthly goals.
• Review outstanding balance reports for reporting compliance, and flag client/matter items that need follow-up or additional information.
• Lead monthly reviews with billing stakeholders to address outstanding balances, tracking next steps and status updates through resolution.
• Assist with the billing and collections escalation process, communicating and escalating issues as needed.
• Handle multiple complex analysis projects and respond to inquiries and requests from department management.
• Provide guidance and support to teams across the firm, building strong working relationships.
• Identify and communicate training and coaching needs across the department, while continuing to build your knowledge of client accounting procedures.
