Job summary

Kforce is seeking a Financial Analyst for a hybrid role in Rutherford, NJ. The position balances in-office collaboration with two remote days, supporting revenue recognition, analytics, and forecasting across the organization.

The candidate will analyze receivables, monitor trends, and prepare monthly results for regional leadership, while contributing to budgeting and revenue analytics. A CPA/MBA is a plus and benefits are highlighted by the client.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent degree required.
• CPA and/or MBA is a plus.
• 1–3 years of audit experience in a national public accounting firm and/or corporate accounting experience out of a Fortune 500 company.
• Strong computer and analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in revenue recognition and valuation of associated receivable reserves.
• Analyze receivables and related disallowance and bad debt reserves to drive decisions and journal entries.
• Analyze significant trends and report monthly financial results.
• Contribute to monthly Revenue Analytics Reporting to regional leadership.
• Participate in revenue and volume forecasting and budgeting.
• Collaboratively drive initiatives and recommend solutions.
• Develop and maintain standardized best practices for revenue reporting and analysis.
• Proactively identify trends and collaborate with stakeholders to investigate and act.
