Job summary

Sinclair Inc. in Seattle is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Revenue and Ad Tech to lead monetization efforts across digital platforms.

The role combines people leadership with product planning, revenue governance, and technical oversight to deliver scalable monetization capabilities. The position requires strong leadership, deep digital advertising knowledge, and hands-on experience with ad-serving ecosystems.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience leading people and complex technical or revenue-focused work.
• Deep understanding of digital advertising, programmatic monetization, and ad-serving ecosystems.
• Strong working knowledge of Google Ad Manager and related measurement, reporting, and partner platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Revenue and Ad Tech team members; set expectations and manage performance.
• Build and maintain the Revenue and Ad Tech roadmap, release plan, quarterly goals, and success measures.
• Oversee Ad Tech and programmatic advertising systems, services, and vendor relationships.
• Establish controls that support accurate, timely, and defensible revenue reporting.
• Ensure systems and operating processes are reliable, scalable, resilient, and cost-effective.
• Prioritize initiatives based on revenue impact, customer needs, effort, risk, and strategic alignment.
• Communicate progress, tradeoffs, risks, and decisions to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Advertising Operations, Data, Finance, Legal, and business teams.
• Guide incident response and root-cause follow-up for material ad delivery or revenue issues.
• Promote documentation, feedback, knowledge sharing, and continuous process improvement.
