• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Independently lead ambiguous, high-impact initiatives across Product, Engineering, Data, Support, and other stakeholders.
• Translate strategic goals into milestones, owners, dependencies, and delivery plans.
• Frame choices, surface tradeoffs, and provide clear recommendations for timely decisions.
• Identify and manage risks and cross-team dependencies with mitigation plans.
• Drive launches, adoption, and handoff with clear ownership and follow-through.
• Improve planning and visibility with AI-enabled workflows and reusable practices.
