Job summary

Nourish seeks a Senior Revenue Accountant to own revenue accounting as we scale. You’ll lead monthly closes, prepare journal entries, and drive accuracy across reconciliations. Collaboration with Revenue Cycle Management and Engineering will ensure audit-ready finances.

You’ll transform processes, explore AI-driven automations, and help implement ERP changes for new revenue streams in a fast-growing health-tech environment. NYC-based with some remote flexibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance and CPA preferred.
• 3–5+ years of progressive accounting experience with public accounting a plus.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and month-end close processes.
• Experience with ERP systems and revenue recognition guidance (ASC 606).

Responsibilities

• Own assigned areas of monthly, quarterly, and annual close with accuracy.
• Prepare journal entries and reconciliations with supporting docs.
• Analyze evolving revenue arrangements and propose GAAP treatments.
• Maintain audit-ready workpapers and schedules for the first audit.
• Use data analysis to investigate variances and validate numbers.
• Identify process improvements and partner on automation initiatives.
• Collaborate with Finance, Revenue Cycle, and Engineering to ensure data integrity.
• Support ERP implementations and consolidation for new entities.
