Job summary

Focus Search LLC is recruiting for a Revenue Accounting Manager for a health tech ecommerce company. The role is fully remote and reports to the Financial Controller, focusing on end-to-end revenue accounting, controls, and reporting.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in revenue with CPG products, direct-to-consumer experience, and a track record of leveraging technology in fast-moving environments, preferably on the East Coast.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of combined public accounting and industry experience.
• Deep experience in Revenue with CPG products, ideally direct-to-consumer with overseas manufacturing.
• Proven ability to leverage technology in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end revenue accounting operations including revenue recognition.
• Oversee accounts payable, payroll, inventory and financial reporting.
• Drive efficiency through AI, automation and scalable processes.
• Maintain strong internal controls and audit readiness.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver financial insights and support audits.
