Job summary

Quince is seeking an Operations Manager to lead our Returns Warehouse and drive efficient reverse logistics. You will mentor Area Managers, optimize workflows, and uphold safety, accuracy, and service standards across the returns function.

You will collaborate with HR, Finance, Safety, and Inventory teams to plan labor, implement policy changes, and lead continuous improvement efforts using Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies to shorten turnaround times and reduce cost per unit while

Qualifications

• 5+ years of operations leadership in warehouse/logistics or distribution.
• 2+ years managing salaried leaders (Area Managers) in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, nights, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Area Managers and their teams to ensure strong leadership and execution of warehouse returns processes.
• Oversee daily operations within the Returns Warehouse, ensuring targets for processing speed, inventory accuracy, and customer resolution time.
• Maintain a culture of safety, ensuring OSHA compliance and adherence to internal safety protocols.
• Monitor performance metrics and conduct reviews to ensure productivity and quality goals are met; address gaps proactively.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Safety, Facilities, and Inventory Control to plan labor and implement policy changes.
• Drive continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen to reduce lead times and cost per unit.
• Coordinate with Site Leader and senior leaders to align execution with company goals.
• Foster a positive work environment through coaching and regular feedback.
• Perform additional duties to scale returns fulfillment operations.
