Job summary

Quince seeks a Senior Operations Manager to lead the Returns Center, overseeing Area and Operations Managers to ensure safety, accuracy, and efficiency. You will guide mentoring, optimize workflows, and drive data-driven improvements across reverse logistics functions.

You will collaborate with executives and HR, Finance, Safety, Facilities, and Inventory Control to plan labor, implement policy changes, and optimize performance while scaling operations for growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 8+ years of operations leadership experience with 4+ years managing salaried leaders in warehouse/logistics.
• Proven ability to lead teams to achieve KPIs and goals in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible schedule including weekends, nights and holidays as needed.
• Masters degree and returns/reverse logistics experience are a plus.
• Experience leading multiple teams and driving Lean/Six Sigma improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach Area Managers and Operations Managers to ensure strong leadership and execution.
• Oversee Returns Warehouse operations, meet targets for speed, accuracy, and customer resolution.
• Maintain OSHA compliance and safety protocols across all areas.
• Monitor performance and conduct reviews to meet productivity and quality goals.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Safety, Facilities, and Inventory Control to plan labor and policy changes.
• Drive continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen and analytics.
• Align team execution with broader company goals and growth initiatives.
• Foster a positive work environment with coaching and feedback.
• Perform additional duties to scale returns fulfillment operations.
