Qualifications

• Active Life & Health insurance license is required.
• Series 65 or 66 is required.
• Strong track record in retirement planning and presenting plans face-to-face.
• Excellent consultative communication and listening skills.
• Comfort weaving annuities and insurance into holistic planning.
• Experience in appointment-driven or inbound-lead environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and planning meetings with clients, typically ages 50–75.
• Build and present written retirement plans covering income, investments, and protection.
• Run a consistent planning, follow-up, and review process.
• Coordinate with service and operations for a seamless client experience from onboarding to reviews.
• Grow into a lead advisor role as Indianapolis office expands.
