Job summary

Trinity Pension Consultants, Inc. in Akron, OH, is seeking an experienced Relationship Manager - Defined Contribution. You will manage client relationships, present technical information, and collaborate with sales and other departments to onboard and service retirement plans.

You will explain plan administration details to Sponsors and Advisors, maintain service standards, and stay current on industry trends to drive retention and growth.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Client Relationship Management experience with qualified retirement plans.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and listening skills.
• Proficient computer / software skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Log all email, phone, and meeting activities.
• Follow up on items necessary to complete annual administration and compliance testing.
• Participate and assist with onboarding new clients.
• Collaborate with other departments, including partnering with sales regarding internal sales opportunities.
• Explain administration and compliance concepts clearly to Plan Sponsors and Financial Advisors.
• Conduct face-to-face meetings with Plan Sponsors and their Financial Advisor.
