Trinity Pension Consultants, Inc. in Akron, OH seeks a Relationship Manager to build and nurture client partnerships among Plan Sponsors and Financial Advisors.

You will manage onboarding, ensure compliance timelines, and communicate complex retirement concepts clearly. Ideal candidates have 7+ years in client relationship management within qualified retirement plans, excellent written and verbal communication, and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Client Relationship Management experience with qualified retirement plans.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and listening skills.
• Proficient computer / software skills, including MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Log all email, phone, and meeting activities.
• Participate and assist with onboarding new clients.
• Explain, in a clear manner, to Plan Sponsors and Financial Advisors the various aspects of administration and compliance.
• Proactively communicate with Financial Advisors, CPAs, and Plan Sponsors.
• Conduct face-to-face meetings with Plan Sponsors and their associated Financial Advisor.
