Job summary

Voya Financial, Inc. in the United States seeks a Sr.

Recordkeeper to provide service and administrative support for defined contribution plan clients, handling transactions, inquiries, reconciliations, and trustee relationships. You will process plan valuations, including withdrawals and RMDs, reconcile trust accounts, and format reports for clients and internal stakeholders while maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 3+ years of recordkeeping experience for defined contribution plans.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client requests for information and provide exceptional service support.
• Resolve administrative and service-related issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure all transactions are processed in accordance with company and client standards.
• Process plan valuation transactions, including withdrawals and RMDs.
• Reconcile trust accounting and recordkeeping systems at the plan level.
• Reconcile plan balances to trust balances through daily balancing and analysis.
• Format, prepare, and distribute reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Participate in client meetings and conference calls as appropriate.
• Maintain and strengthen trustee and client relationships.
• Discuss plan design considerations and trust reconciliation with clients.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
