Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of recordkeeping experience for defined contribution plans.
• Strong PC skills; proficient in Excel and Word.
• Proven mathematical aptitude.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of IRS and DOL regulations related to defined contribution plans.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client requests for information and provide exceptional service.
• Resolve administrative and service-related issues promptly.
• Ensure all transactions align with company and client standards.
• Process plan valuation transactions including withdrawals and RMDs.
• Reconcile trust accounting and recordkeeping systems at plan level.
• Balance plan to trust balances through daily analysis and reporting.
• Format, prepare, and distribute client/internal reports.
• Participate in client meetings and conference calls.
• Maintain trustee and client relationships.
• Discuss plan design considerations and service solutions with clients.
