Job summary

Voya Financial, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Recordkeeper in Oregon to deliver service and administrative support for defined contribution retirement plans. The role handles transactions, inquiries, reconciliations, and trustee relationships to ensure accurate plan administration.

You will process valuations, distributions, and RMDs while maintaining client relationships and compliance with IRS/DOL rules. A Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of recordkeeping experience supporting defined contribution retirement plans.
• Strong PC skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
• Proven mathematical and calculation aptitude.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of IRS and DOL regulations related to defined contribution plans.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client requests for information and provide service support.
• Resolve administrative and service-related issues in a timely manner.
• Ensure all transactions are processed in accordance with standards.
• Process plan valuation transactions, including withdrawals and RMDs.
• Reconcile trust accounting and recordkeeping systems at the plan level.
• Reconcile plan balances to trust balances through balancing and reporting.
• Format, prepare, and distribute reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Participate in client meetings and conference calls as appropriate.
• Maintain and strengthen trustee and client relationships.
• Discuss plan design considerations and service solutions with clients.
