Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 6+ years of defined contribution retirement plan client service experience.
• Proficiency in Task Manager, OMNI, or similar recordkeeping and workflow systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze death claim notifications for good order.
• Research participant account activity and QDROs.
• Process death claims in accordance with plan provisions and regulations.
• Prepare and distribute correspondence to clients and beneficiaries.
• Respond to inquiries regarding account activity and plan information.
