Job summary

NFP, an Aon company, seeks a Plan Manager to join our retirement services team in Georgia. You will lead plan development, deliver client-focused service, and contribute to client success through proactive consulting.

The role requires 5+ years in retirement industry, strong communication, and expertise with nonqualified deferred compensation plans. You will work collaboratively, adapt to changing needs, and leverage Excel, Word, and Outlook daily.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
5+ years retirement industry experience.
Experience with Nonqualified Deferred Compensation plan administration.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency with Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Team-oriented and adaptable.

Responsibilities

Proactively communicate with clients regarding service delivery and plan development.
Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally.
Provide administrative support including statements, contributions, distributions, reconciliations, and plan reporting.
Advise plan sponsors on activity and regulatory compliance.
Backup and support team members as needed.
