Job summary

NFP is seeking an entry-level Retirement Plan Consultant to support retirement plan consulting, client service, investment reporting, and plan administration. You will work closely with Senior Advisors to assist client relationships, plan operations, and project transitions while building expertise in retirement plans and investments.

Qualifications

• Interest in retirement plans, investments or wealth management.
• Comfort with databases and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Support ongoing client relationships with Senior Advisors.
• Assist in responding to client inquiries and coordinating follow-ups.
• Prepare meeting materials and presentations for client meetings.
• Develop ability to explain retirement plan concepts to clients.
• Support investment monitoring and reporting processes.
• Ensure accuracy of client reporting deliverables.
• Contribute to retirement plan administration and project transitions.
