Job summary

NFP, an Aon company, is seeking an experienced Employee Benefits Administrator to join our team in Atlanta, GA. You will support client onboarding, renewals, reporting and vendor coordination to ensure accurate benefits administration.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience in Employee Benefits Administration is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail and timelines.
• Strong client service and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Vendor liaison for clients and renewal timelines management.
• Assist in onboarding and implementation of new accounts and lines of business.
• Process renewals, generate carrier reports and monthly statements.
• Review contracts, provide recommendations for renewals by deadlines.
• Support HR and client service initiatives and data management.
