Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 5+ years of retirement industry experience, preferably in plan administration.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Diligent with demonstrated problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to change.

Responsibilities

• Proactively communicate with clients regarding all aspects of service delivery and plan development consulting.
• Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide comprehensive administrative support, including participant statements, contributions, distributions, reconciliations, and plan reporting.
• Advise plan sponsors on plan activity and its compliance with plan documents and applicable regulations.
• Backup and support other team members as required.
