Job summary

OneDigital is seeking a senior retirement plan consultant to manage and grow a book of retirement plan clients, delivering design, benchmarking, and fiduciary guidance. You will build trusted sponsor relationships and coordinate with internal teams to ensure exceptional service and long-term retention.

The role emphasizes business development, client relationship ownership, and advisory services across plan design, investments, and regulatory changes. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related field.
• Must possess a valid relevant securities license.
• 5+ years of retirement plan related experience required.
• 2–5 years of industry-related sales or consulting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow a book of retirement plan clients.
• Maintain client relationships and ensure retention and satisfaction.
• Provide retirement plan consulting including design, benchmarking, and fiduciary guidance.
